Welcome to LinksTelegram Advertising Services. These Terms for Advertisers govern the acquisition of promotional boost packages, featured group placements, and advertising options offered on our platform.

By purchasing an ad campaign or group boost, you ("Advertiser") agree to abide by all terms and conditions specified herein, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of Advertising & Boost Services

LinksTelegram offers paid advertising solutions and group boosting options ("Featured Groups" / "Boosts"). These services provide enhanced visibility, premium positioning on directory pages, and increased exposure for your Telegram channels and supergroups.

2. Advertiser Eligibility & Content Responsibilities

As an Advertiser, you retain sole ownership and liability for the content, media, links, and interactions within your promoted Telegram group or channel. By launching a campaign, you guarantee that:

• You are the legitimate owner or authorized administrator of the promoted Telegram community.
• The promoted group strictly complies with applicable laws and does not distribute illegal content, pirated materials, financial scams, unauthorized gambling, hate speech, or malicious software.
• The destination Telegram invite URL remains active, valid, and safe throughout the entire promotional period.

3. Campaign Review & Moderation Discretion

All advertising submissions undergo a review and moderation check before going live. LinksTelegram reserves the unrestricted right to reject, pause, or permanently remove any advertisement or promoted group that violates our community safety standards or applicable regulations, without entitlement to compensation.

4. Payments, Campaign Runtime & Refunds

Pricing, placement areas, and campaign durations (e.g., weekly or monthly featured slots) are determined at the time of purchase.

• Payment Activation: Promoted listings are activated only after full payment verification by our payment gateway.
• Expired or Broken Links: If your Telegram invite link expires or is modified during an active campaign, the campaign timeframe will continue without pause. Advertisers are responsible for updating their target link promptly.
• Refund Policy: Due to the immediate allocation of directory placement and server resources, all advertising sales are final and non-refundable once campaign display has commenced, except in verified cases of technical platform failure attributable solely to our system.

5. Disclaimer of Performance & Conversion Guarantee

LinksTelegram guarantees the priority display and placement of your Telegram group within the contracted areas of our directory. However, we do not guarantee specific numbers of new channel subscribers, clicks, or conversions, as visitor engagement depends on your community's topic, title, cover image, and inherent user interest.

6. Non-Affiliation with Telegram

Advertising services provided by LinksTelegram are delivered independently. Our platform has no official affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or corporate partnership with Telegram FZ-LLC or Telegram Messenger Inc.

7. Modifications to Advertising Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms for Advertisers at any time. Updated terms will apply to any new campaign purchases or package renewals executed after the revised effective date.
